3,Pneumatic actuator
Pneumatic thin film actuators have the characteristics of light weight, small size, and stable output force. The air source overcomes the reaction force of the spring and moves up and down in a straight line through a diaphragm acting inside the actuator. When there is no air supply pressure, the compression spring releases the pressure and pushes the actuator's push shaft up or down. According to the Mode of action, it can be divided into positive and negative types.
4,valve body
The valve body adopts an S-shaped design, with small resistance in the S-shaped flow channel inside the valve body, and no dead corners during the adjustment process. Different structures can be selected according to different working conditions, and valve trims with throttling can be completely interchanged. When using copper caliber unbalanced and balanced structures, only different structural guide sleeves, valve cores, and sealing function trim modules are required to achieve valve type changes such as mediation, shut-off, low noise, and multi-stage pressure reducing labyrinth. The flow characteristics include quick opening, linearity, percentage, and so on. The guide sleeve inside the valve controls the valve core, ensuring stable guide operation.
