3,Pneumatic actuator
Pneumatic thin film actuators have the characteristics of light weight, small size, and stable output force. The air source overcomes the reaction force of the spring and moves up and down in a straight line through a diaphragm acting inside the actuator. When there is no air supply pressure, the compression spring releases the pressure and pushes the actuator's push shaft up or down.
